1. Duplicate User Detection (Custom DI)

Admins can now detect duplicate users based on custom criteria with our new Custom Duplicated Information (Custom DI) setting.

• Prevent multiple accounts for the same individual within your organization.
• Enable settings in Dashboard > Settings > User Policy > Custom DI.
• View results under the “Detect Duplicate User” section.

2. Strengthened Injection Security

We now auto-detect suspicious access based on IP and location at the injection stage:

• Automatically blocks access via VPNs, proxies, or Tor browsers.
• Distance-based restriction by comparing user IP location to defined thresholds.
• Complies with location-sensitive requirements during address proof collection.

3. Enhanced Webhook Triggers

Our Webhook system is now smarter and more responsive:

• created: Triggers a Webhook when a submission is created.
• retry: Triggers when a retry is attempted after auto-failure.
• Submissions that fail auto-verification are now directly marked as “rejected.”

💡 Perfect for sending real-time alerts via Slack or Email and automating post-verification steps like contract signing or notification dispatch.
