Requests for Deletion and Reprocessing of Already Approved KYC Information
For requests regarding already approved KYC information, such as deletion, reset, or approval, please contact MSU customer support with detailed information. ARGOS Identity only provides technical support for issues that arise during the KYC process, and there are no exceptions. Additionally, we do not forward inquiries to MSU.
ARGOS Identity customer support cannot recognize services within MSU or other services connected to MSU. ARGOS Identity only provides KYC solutions for MSU. If KYC documents have been successfully approved after submission, any subsequent post-processing inquiries related to your KYC can only be assisted by MSU.
Valid Identity Document Type Restrictions
According to MSU's designated user policy, only a National ID and a passport are required as valid authentication methods.
- Identity documents other than the above two types are difficult to authenticate through KYC under any circumstances.
- Other types of identity documents may be included in the recognizable identity documents provided by ARGOS Identity, but please note that MSU's KYC requires only a National ID and a passport as valid authentication methods.
If you select 'National ID' on the live form but actually submit a Driver's license card, in most cases, it will be retried and finally rejected due to incorrect document submission (up to 3 resubmission attempts per submission session).
Prohibition of Paper and Laminated Identity Documents
According to MSU's designated user policy, paper identity documents, laminated paper identity documents, and laminated plastic identity documents are difficult to proceed with KYC.
- MSU only allows plastic identity documents or passports issued by the government as universal KYC authentication methods.
- Paper printouts and laminated identity documents that have risks of forgery/alteration are all difficult to proceed with KYC.
For some identity document types corresponding to countries such as Brazil, Venezuela, China, Taiwan, and Nigeria, ARGOS Identity cannot provide assistance. Please try using standard plastic identity documents or passports instead.
Duplicate KYC Submission Rejection Policy
According to MSU's designated user policy, if there is already an approved KYC submission with your information, the KYC system will reject all new KYC applications made with the same identity document and information in the future.
Age Restriction Policy
According to MSU's designated user policy, KYC does not approve applicants under the age of 19.
ARGOS Identity's Support Scope
ARGOS Identity only provides support for technical issues during the MSU users' eKYC process.
As an eKYC service provider, ARGOS Identity does not handle the following:
- Deletion, approval, or rejection of submitted eKYC authentication cases
- MSU account status verification
- MSU game service-related inquiry responses
ARGOS Identity is a KYC service provider for MapleStory Universe.
