I Have Not Received Email Verification Mail Yet.

If your service administrator has enabled the email verification procedure for authentication, an email verification request will be sent out automatically. However, in some cases, the end-user may fail to receive the email due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Restrictions imposed by your email domain provider
  • Email address contains a typo
  • Email is sorted into the SPAM folder
  • Corporate email policies block external emails

Please check if any of the following is applicable to your case.
