If your service administrator has enabled the email verification procedure for authentication, an email verification request will be sent out automatically. However, in some cases, the end-user may fail to receive the email due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Restrictions imposed by your email domain provider
- Email address contains a typo
- Email is sorted into the SPAM folder
- Corporate email policies block external emails
