Liveform supports the following mobile operating systems:
Android
- Supported Version: Android 6.0 Marshmallow or later
- Note: Devices running Android 5.0 Lollipop or earlier may face service limitations due to technical restrictions with the camera.
iOS
- Supported Version: iOS 15 or later
- Note: Devices running iOS 14.2 or earlier may face service limitations due to technical restrictions with the camera.
When Accessing Unsupported Devices or Browsers
- A message stating "Unsupported device/browser detected" will appear.
- Liveform may not run smoothly on operating systems other than Android and iOS.
- Examples: Harmony OS (Huawei), Hyper OS (Xiaomi), Color OS (OPPO)
- To ensure a seamless experience, update your device and browser to the latest compatible version.
