How Does eKYC Handle Verification for Twins?

eKYC is a mandatory identity verification process to ensure smooth usage of the platform for all users.

In the case of twins, the facial data of a user who has already completed the verification may cause the subsequent user’s verification attempt to be rejected. However, ARGOS Identity's eKYC allows platform administrators to adjust the threshold settings for twins, which may lead to different verification outcomes.

To complete the verification, users must submit the requested documents (Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, or Passport) and a selfie. Even if the verification is rejected, users can request a review from the platform administrator, and approval can be granted based on the review findings.
