The eKyc v1 service, which has been developed with the love and trust of our customers, has reached its end, and it's time to transition to a new, more innovative and stable version.
End of support for eKyc v1 service: August 31, 2024
APIs to be retired:
GET/Report/AML
POST/Submission
GET/Submission
PUT/Submission
DELETE/Submission
- New versions (eKyc v2 and v3) will be fully implemented on September 1, 2024
This transition was made to provide a better service experience and security for our customers.
eKyc v2 and v3 reflect the latest technology, providing a faster and more accurate authentication process,
and enhanced security features to keep customer data safe.
To ensure a smooth transition, our team would like to provide you with the following support
- provide a guide to using the new versions
- technical support during the transition
- 1:1 personalized consulting as needed
