We like to inform you of KYB notifications via email and web-hook. Notifying targets are new submissions and status changes (Open, Closed, Complete).
Set both notification options, for email and web-hook, on the dashboard page. Notifications for all accounts are set to 'On', so you can change them in the dashboard if you don't want the email.
