How does Liveform works

One of the methods for identity verification is the "LiveForm," a unique submission page created by Argos. The recommended steps for LiveForm are as follows:

  • Step 1: Provide a QR code for accessing the LiveForm page
  • Step 2: The user accesses the page through the QR code
  • Step 3: Request the user to upload identity verification documents (documents with the user's photo included)
  • Step 4: Request the user to take a selfie for comparison with the uploaded document
  • Step 5: Request additional information (based on configured options)
  • Step 6: AI analyzes the submitted documents and determines approval, pending, or rejection

Important Notes Before Starting LiveForm:

1. Accessible only via mobile devices

LiveForm can only be accessed via mobile devices. If you attempt to complete KYC on a PC, a QR code will appear to redirect you to a mobile device.

2. Opens in a new browser window

Argos LiveForm operates through a new browser window. By default, the device's default browser will open, and it may require checking the browser type or camera permissions.

3. Allow permissions for real-time photo capture

During identity verification, two main images are required: an ID document and a selfie. To prevent ID or image misuse, LiveForm captures these images in real-time. Therefore, you need a mobile device with a camera and enabled permissions. In some cases, upload options may be allowed.

* Auto Focus: Argos LiveForm provides an auto-focus feature for webcams. This helps users capture clear images effortlessly, ensuring high-quality submissions.
