Are you looking to modernize your platform's end-user policies?
If so, take a quick look at the information below.
Let's introduce our identity verification policy options, which are easy to set up and can be advanced.
Verification Policies
Bank account verification (Domestic users only)
You can set up the option to verify your Korean bank account in your dashboard's 'Settings' tab. When set up, users with a Korean-issued ID will complete the ID card photo shoot and proceed to the next process after verifying their KRW account.
Automated processing
This option can process Liveform 100% automatically without any human intervention. When this option is enabled, submissions with a pending status that require manual review will be automatically rejected.
Allow Photo Uploads
This option allows users to upload photos directly from their device gallery when camera errors occur during Liveform submission.
Duplicate Prevention Features
No duplicate users
This feature prevents the same user from submitting multiple Liveforms. It identifies users using a combination of name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and ID face image.
Email
Submissions are blocked based on a user's email address with a notification popup.
IP Address
Submissions are blocked based on the user's IP address with a notification popup.
Key from local storage
Local storage is used to identify users by device. Resubmission from the same device is blocked with a notification.
Privacy Protection
Turn on Privacy Shield to blur sensitive information such as ID images, ID numbers, and license numbers on the dashboard.
ID Validation and Policies
Validate ID
The Validate step checks the legitimacy of the ID by ensuring it contains the necessary information and detecting any signs of forgery.
Blacklisted countries
IDs issued by blacklisted countries cannot be used for submission. These countries are primarily determined by FATF guidelines.
Valid IDs
The type of ID can determine submission eligibility. Masking is applied to Korean IDs to comply with local laws.
