ARGOS SCORE THRESHOLD
You can set the threshold value of the ARGOS Score, which determines the automatic processing rate.
- The higher the score, the higher the composite score (the total score of verifications from ID, selfie, and other verification fields) threshold for the submission to be approved.
Universal ID document support
When activated, users no longer need to select the type of identification. ARGOS automatically recognizes all supported types of IDs, excluding those from South Korea. Users simply need to photograph the front and back of the ID, significantly reducing the incidence of incorrect ID type selection.
Automated Processing Only
The project will operate with 100% automatic processing only when activated. Submissions in the Pending stage that require manual review will all be rejected, and users will need to resubmit eKYC for automatic approval.
ID Recognition guaranteed mode: When activated, only IDs recognized by OCR AI can be submitted for KYC. Users must retake a photo with a different ID if an ID is not recognized.
ID Recognition guaranteed mode
Only IDs recognized by OCR AI can be submitted for KYC when activated. If an ID is not recognized, users must retake a photo with a different ID.
- ID recognition score: The admin can adjust the ID recognition score for ID verification. A retry occurs if the recognition score is lower than the set threshold.
- If the ID recognition score is 80 or higher, and all recognized fields are recognized as correct when the ID is taken, ID Photo Result confirmation page is skipped on the user view to enhance the user experience. This is regardless of ID recognition guaranteed mode on or off.
Reject Duplicate User
eKYC submissions made by users with approval history will be rejected.
Age Limit
You can set an age limit, which may be appropriate if you want to restrict Identity verification to users under a certain age.
Blacklist country
Set the Blacklist Country based on the issuing country of the ID card. If you need to restrict Identity verification for users from a specific country, utilize this option. You can select multiple countries.
Partial Data Deletion
When activated, this option deletes identifiable personal data while retaining non-identifiable related data such as Date of Birth(in YYYY/MM format), Gender, Age Group, and Nationality. *This applies when a submitted submission is deleted.
Approved Period
When the approval history matches the items set in the Sub-Option, eKYC submissions will be denied.
Rejected Period
When the rejection history matches the items set in the Sub-Option, eKYC submissions will be denied.
