You can view the individual status of all submissions received within a project. You can view all the information collected from the start of a submission to its completion and edit the information in the user submission if needed. The actual content you can see depends on the end-user policy details.
Submissions list (main tab)
On this page, you can view the status of all submissions submitted and recorded in the project, and you can set search criteria, date range, nationality, and submission status.
In the list of submissions, you can see the submission time, submission unique ID, email address, name, date of birth, nationality (based on the passport issuing country), and AML information for each submission.
If you want to check the details of each submission on the page, you can click the 'View Details' button on the right to see all the information recorded on the actual submission and edit it as needed. Check out our guide to the detail page here.
Passed Request ID list
On this page, you can view the relevant history for each submission only if you have enabled the Proxy & VPN detection option. If you want to proactively block submissions from certain IP bands or private networks prone to forgery, please allow the “Proxy & VPN detection” option in Settings > Anti-Forgery options in Policies.
The Passed Request ID list shows the submission time, email address, request ID, detection type, request IP, risk score, whether the service was attempted, country (country on IP), connection type, and final status.
On the Passed Request ID list page, you can see all the details about Proxy & VPN detection on the actual submission by clicking the 'Status' results button on the right side of each submission you want to see more details about. Unlike the submission list detail page, this page cannot be edited and can only be viewed.
