You can view detailed metrics about eKYC results within your registered project.
The eKYC results metric allows you to check the current end-user's eKYC result status, gender, year of birth, nationality, and AML results based on each submitted information at a glance. More detailed metrics will be added to this feature in the future.
eKYC Status
You'll be able to view the status of all submissions within your project. The percentage of submissions may vary depending on the options you set, but they are categorized into Approved, Pending, Incomplete, and Rejected.
Approved: An end-user's submission status is 'Approved' through the ID check service.
Pending: A status that requires approval or rejection by the project manager or relevant person after the AI system performs an initial review based on the final submitted information.
Incomplete: The end-user (submitter) has left the page during the eKYC process or has not completed the final submission of the required documents and information.
Rejected: This refers to the status that the submission has been rejected by the administrator or related person in a pending state or when the system has finally determined that the submission is unsuitable.
Gender
You can view the gender breakdown of all submissions within a given project. This feature allows you to check the gender ratio and status of end-users (submitters) in the project.
Birth year
You can view the year of birth for all submissions in the project, as well as the percentage and status of the birth year of end-users (submitters).
Dates
You can check the submission creation status by date based on all submissions in the project. You can specify any date to see the trend of submissions by date.
Nationality
You can see the nationality of end-users (submitters) based on the approved/rejected submissions in the project.
AML Status (Shown if AML is on)
You can view your AML results based on submissions within your project, with detailed ratios based on your AML risk level.
