- Can I add a new administrator to ARGOS?
ARGOS supports the addition of multiple administrators.
Follow these steps to add a new administrator:
Go to Settings > General > Access Management.
Add the administrator's email and save the changes. The added administrator can log in with the same email to access the project automatically. - How can I change the dashboard administrator?
A user with dashboard access can grant or revoke access to others.
To change the administrator:
Go to Settings > General > Add or remove the user to grant or revoke access.
If no one has access, please contact the ARGOS Helpdesk for assistance. - Can I control access permissions further?
ARGOS allows you to control access permissions based on IP addresses:
Dashboard Access: Restrict dashboard access to specified IP addresses.
API Access: Define specific IP addresses for API access.
You can add or modify these IP addresses in the Settings tab of the dashboard. - Can I select only specific types of IDs to be accepted as valid verification methods?
Yes, it is possible. However, this setting is not currently available on the dashboard (improvements are underway). If you contact ARGOS Customer Support, we can manually configure the detailed settings for your project.
For example, if you want to accept only passports and driver’s licenses (excluding resident registration cards), we can quickly apply that configuration upon your request.
